Smoker Friendly International and The Cigarette Store Corp. Announce Changes
Smoker Friendly International LLC announced several changes in its management structure this week. “These changes have been instituted to better define points of contact and streamline communication within TCSC and our company operated stores and SFI,” said President Terry P. Gallagher, Jr. in a written statement. The following changes are effective immediately:
Dan Gallagher, Vice President of Operations, The Cigarette Store Corporation, will be the point person for all cigarette manufacturer contacts and will be the Senior Team Leader in all operational, promotional and contract decisions in The Cigarette Store Corporation’s 100 company operated stores.
Jeremy Weiner, Sales and Marketing Manager, The Cigarette Store Corporation, will be responsible for all other manufacturer and vendor relationships outside of major brand cigarettes. He will take on all buying, planning, promotional activity, planograms, marketing and advertising of RYO/MYO, domestic cigars, premium cigars, premium, luxury and import cigarettes, accessories, liquor, wine, beer and all GM products.
Mary Szarmach, Vice President Trade Marketing, Smoker Friendly International LLC, will work full time in the operation of SFI with direct responsibility for the existing SF private label products and development of product line extensions. Mary will direct the annual SFI Conference and Tobacco Festival, the SF Buyers Guide and annual SF catalog, marketing and advertising for the Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealer program and facilitate all manufacturer and supplier relationships with SFI.
Kathleen Gallagher, Vice President Business Development, Smoker Friendly International LLC, is the Senior Team Leader for SFI and responsible for the day-to-day operations of SFI and the Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealer program.
Ben Chaney, Vice President Finance, has been named Chief Financial Officer for both organizations – The Cigarette Store Corporation and Smoker Friendly International LLC.
